Repeating a word or phrase with a short interruption: “Bond. James Bond.” The return emphasizes the repeated words and the material between them.

"Put out the light, and then put out the light." — Othello

Don't confuse it with Anaphora, Epizeuxis. Epizeuxis repeats with no gap at all; anaphora repeats only at clause openings.
